How much does shipping cost?

FREE SHIPPING — We offer free shipping on all orders.


How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or by clicking the “Track Order” tab on our website.

You may also contact our support team to check the status of your order.

Once your order is placed, it’s immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers. We typically ship your items within 1–2 business weeks.

 

Note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

 


How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 5-7 days.

However, due to high demand for some of our most popular products, please allow 6-12  for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 90 days from the date of purchase, please contact our support team for a full refund.

 

Exclusions: This policy does not cover errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.

 


Do you deliver internationally?

Yes! We successfully ship worldwide every day and have many happy customers around the globe.

Occasionally, we may need to cancel an order if shipping to certain regions becomes prohibitive. However, we always do our best to make our apparel available to everyone.


Why was I charged $X.XX and a different amount appears in PayPal or on my invoice?

This happens because our website charges in USD.

While prices may display in your local currency, your final charge will be in USD.


I ordered multiple items—can they be combined into one package?

Since we ship from four different warehouses, not all products are stored in the same location.

When you order multiple items, each one may be shipped separately. Don’t worry if you receive some items before others — the rest are on their way!


I entered the wrong shipping address or selected the wrong size/variant. Can I change it?

If this happens, please email us as soon as possible.

We might be able to update your order if it hasn’t entered the shipping process yet. However, once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.

Still, contact us anyway — we’ll do our best to assist you.
