DO YOU ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing their order.
However, please note that this request does not guarantee approval, as our fulfillment team processes orders quickly. We will first verify whether your order has already been shipped. If it has not, we will proceed with the cancellation.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS?
We do not accept refund requests once an order has been shipped. Customers will be notified of any potential shipping delays in advance.
We will only accept a refund or replacement request if:

If your request is verified, we can reship the correct product free of charge.

Please note that we do not issue full refunds.
Lost or Missing Packages
We do not provide refunds for orders that are marked as delivered by the tracking carrier but not received by the customer.
In such cases, please check with your local postal office or delivery service, as we are not responsible for possible package theft or loss after delivery confirmation.
