Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping:
5–7 business days with 1–3 processing days.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods, please allow up to 6 business days for processing.
Standard International Shipping:
6–12 business days with 1–3 processing days.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, international deliveries typically take between 6–12 days to arrive at their destination. However, this may vary depending on customs and other regulatory checks.
In rare cases, delivery can take up to 13 days. If your order takes longer than 15 business days to arrive, please contact us and we’ll take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for delays beyond our control.
All shipping times exclude customs or clearance delays.
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship the available items immediately and send the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive part of your order, don’t worry—your remaining items will arrive shortly after.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS (if you provided a mobile number) with a tracking ID and link to follow your package.
